The room had a decent size with a chair. The bathroom was also a decent size.. I found the toiletries excellent, especially the body lotion. Breakfast provided a large choice of things to eat.

The room was small, even though I was told I had a free upgrade.

the hotel is charming and well-kept. the staff does a great job and goes the extra mile. i found the toiletries, location, and amenities particularly good. the staff was friendly, so i had a fantastic experience.

the room was a bit small, even with a free upgrade. there was no clear information about the minibar items being chargeable. only one bottle of water was complimentary, slightly inconvenient.

forgotten taxistale pastries

The staff seemed distracted. i asked for a taxi and waited an absurd amount of time. It turned out they forgot to call one! also, the breakfast was surprisingly basic. for a hotel of this supposed caliber, i expected more variety. The pastries tasted stale. the noise insulation was not great, i could hear everything in the hallway.

i stayed for a few nights and the room was fantastic with modern decor and amenities. i especially loved the iron and board i could use. the area had coffee shops restaurants and bars close by. it was a super walkable area and suited my needs perfectly

the lobby reception wasn't great. the staff weren't really helpful or friendly. i rarely saw anyone at the desk and when i did they were chatting in the office.

I found the staff to be super attentive. They greeted me so warmly. they even stored my luggage until i was ready for check-in! i also got great recommendations for local dining. the room featured big beautiful windows, it had a amazing view. the proximity to the metro was also a major plus for convenient travel.

the minibar was stocked, though i couldn't find clear pricing for the items, so that was a little confusing!

the air conditioning was not working. i found this unacceptable, as the room became uncomfortably warm during the night. i had difficulty sleeping because of the temperature and lack of ventilation, and the staff didn't offer a satisfactory solution. the absence of air conditioning in a hotel of this supposed standard is a significant drawback
